Fortuna Federn Gmbh invites you to join us at 2024 Dusseldorf Wire Show. Fortuna Federn will be demonstrating our new and existing line of machines including our latest innovative machine technologies for the Spring Manufacturing Industry. Fortuna Federn has expanded the Booth size this year to show almost all of our machines (210 sq-m, 2,600 sq-ft) in Hall 16, Booth # H18.
Fortuna Federn will demonstrate COM CNC spring coiling machines with up to 15 servo controlled axis for fast and precise production of cylindrical and conical compression and extension springs using hard wire material with high tensile strength (2.000 N/mm² (MPa) and more) up to 20 mm (.787") diameter silicon chrome wire. Fortuna Federn COM CNC coiling machines are in use by major spring manufacturers supplying automotive, transportation and farm equipment manufacturers around the world.
Fortuna Federn WIM CNC is the most advanced spring lathe coiler line in the world with wire diameter range from 0.80 mm-100 mm (.031 in- 3.937 in) for Cold and Hot coiling. Fortuna Federn will present several WIM CNC models and equipment options with our new Spring Designer 3D Software and upgraded up-to-date technology 2024.

Due to challenges surrounding the evolving delta variant of the coronavirus, the Spring Manufacturers Institute (SMI) has announced the postponement of its 2021 Metal Engineering eXpo until September 26-28, 2023 in Las Vegas.
