In order to be able to provide you our service and support fast we ask you to prepare a detailed email message in English language which should contain following points:
- company name and detailed contact information
- model name of the concerned Fortuna Federn machine
- serial number of the machine and year of made (see Fortuna Federn machine plate on the machine)
- exact problem description with as much as possible details
- pictures and videos of the problem (larger files please send with “Anyone with a link to the file" over Google Drive only (click here for instructions))
