COVID-19 (Coronavirus) – Service and support restrictions

Due to the general situation regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and due to our commitment to our stuff please understand that no service or support visits can be undertaken till further notice. We are available for remote and email support in the usual way over the contact information below.

After sales service with support ist one of our most important tasks. We understand that form time to time you need service and support on our products.

In order to be able to provide you our service and support fast we ask you to prepare a detailed email message in English language which should contain following points:

  • company name and detailed contact information
  • model name of the concerned machine
  • serial number of the machine and year of made
  • exact problem description with as much as possible details
  • pictures and videos of the problem (larger files please send with general sharing link over Onedrive or Google Drive only)

All these information in English language please send to our service and support email address ONLY. Missing information will only cause a delay in our support to you .You will receive an answer within max. 24 hours (working days only).
