SCPC vision/camera spring gage measuring and spring correction system has been desigend completely inhouse for use with out COM CNC spring coiling machine. It is completely integrated into the COM CNC IPC control system with 3-way (good or bad +/-) sorting device controlled by pneumatics. Ther are many options which can be choosen and parameters defined. Since the SCPC system is intergrated completely in the COM CNC IPC control system it is only available by purchase of the COM CNC machine at the same time.
