Description

BEM CNC semi automatic servo controlled CNC wire forming machine is designed for very easy and fast production of bent parts from round wire (strip with additional accessories on request). Programming is fast and accurate. Control is very easy and with pushbuttons you can start each bending action very easily. Through combination of up to 8+1 separate bending segments with variable speed adjustment you are able to work very efficiently . Bending angle for each segment is unlimited and speed can be adjusted from 1-100%. Number of active segments is set only with one action. Intuitive production menu makes production very comfortable. It shows progress indicator , current position indication and sample counter .

BEM CNC touch control unit LENZE v800 is generation of high-resolution touch screen with big and clear command buttons, it is easy to save or load programs with only one touch.
